You didn't gain weight in one night, one week, or even one month, so don't expect to take that weight off in that amount of time. It's a gradual process, but you can see results from the first week. Losing 10, 20, or even 30 pounds won't happen in one week so don't expect it, but you can expect to see these kind of results in just two to three months of making better choices. I will give you the ammunition to use to change your body, your health, even your attitude toward life.
