All progress will be followed via email and messenger and changes can be made every 2-3 weeks to ensure maximum body fat loss. This plan is the next best thing to meeting face to face on a daily basis.

The Crunch Time Plan: Everyone has from time to time been met with having to shed a few quality pounds to fit into that dress or those pants. This plan is perfect for those in a hurry, ex: weddings, vacation, reunions. This plan is perfect to lose weight in a hurry and should not be followed for more than 4 weeks. It is not unusual to be able to drop 8-10 pounds of ugly fat in this amount of time. If you find yourself in "crunch time" follow this plan and make everyone jealous when they see you. This plan includes both meal and workout plan to follow.

Personal Training: There are serveral different options to fit your schedule and budget. When you work out with a friend not only can you help to push each other through the workout but it also helps to cut the cost down as well. The more fun you have with your workouts the more you'll look forward to your next one.
$45/hr for one person: great for that one-on-one attention.
$60/hr for two people: working out with a friend makes the workout more fun.
$70/hr for three people: friends can make the workout fun and help share the cost.
*Special rates will apply when you sign up for multiple sessions up front. For example, if you sign up for 10 or more workouts up front the rate will go down to $35/hr. That's a savings of $100.
*Add once a week face to face training to the 12 Week Online Program for only $30. With this I can personally walk you through any of the changes in your workouts. You can then take what I showed you and apply it to the program for the rest of that week. This is a very helpful addition to an already amazingly priced program.
