$35/hr for one workout.
10 workout package = $250; a savings of $100 per 10 workouts = $25/hr.
15 workout package = $350; a savings of $125 per 15 workouts = $23/hr.
20 workout package = $450; a savings of $150 per 20 workouts = $22/hr.
$50/hr for two people: working out with a friend makes the workout more fun.
10 workout package = $400; Save $100 per 10 workouts.
15 workout package = $550; Save $200 per 15 workouts.
20 workout package = $700; Save $300 per 20 workouts.
*Special rates will apply when you sign up for multiple sessions up front. For example, when individuals sign up for 10 or more workouts up front the rate will go down to $25/hr. That's a savings of $100. Sign up for 15 workouts and the rate will go down to $23/hr. Add additional workouts to your existing 10 package for the same rate you were paying per workout up to 5 sessions, more than 5 extra sessions added and the rate goes down $2 to the 15 package rate. Add additional workouts to your 15 workout package for the same rate you were paying per workout up to 5 sessions, more than 5 extra session added and the rate goes down $1 to the 20 package rate. Packages are the best deal for long term results. Just think how much you invest in eating fast food in one week? How about how much you spend on fast food in one month? Online Personal Training: Get a workout program designed for you and your goals online. Each program is for 1 month of workouts along with unlimited email support. By far the best deal for the money. I make all your workouts, weight training and cardio, send them to you in your email and then you do them on your own. Daily email support is available for this program to answer any workout questions you might have about the program. Changes can be made weekly to adjust the program to better suit your needs.
